Firewood that is left on the ground or uncovered is prone to rot, attract bugs and rodents, and can be quite an eyesore lying about your property. By getting your firewood off the ground, air is allowed to circulate and cure the wood to provide a cleaner, more complete burn. Properly cured wood burns more efficiently thus, reducing the amount of harmful creosote build up in your chimney and it burns hotter; a huge plus on those bitter winter days!

The 48" log rack holds approximately 1/2 of a Face Cord of firewood, measures 48" wide x 14" Deep x 48" talll, and holds wood 4 1/2" off the ground.

A full length cover with a velcro secured flap is included to keep the rain and snow out so your fire wood is ready to burn at a moment’s notice. Accommodates logs up to 18" long.
